Refund Policy

At Mario Design Builders, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory virtual interior design experience. As our products are virtual and based on the square meters of the room, we would like to outline our refund policy:

Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be considered within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the virtual interior design project.
Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be issued for projects that have been already approved or downloaded.
- Mario Design Builders reserves the right to deny a refund request if it is determined that the customer has used the virtual project without genuine reasons for dissatisfaction.
Refund Process:
- To initiate the refund process, customers must contact our customer support team at support@mariodesignbuilders.com with the order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
